Sablé Number Cake
A special number-shaped sablé cake — perfect for children’s birthday parties. The cake is made with sablé dough and filled with a creamy cream-cheese filling kids and adults will love.
Sablé number cake — a very special recipe, ideal for birthday celebrations.
Ingredients

- 350 g all-purpose flour
- 200 g butter, cut into cubes
- 75 g icing sugar
- 75 g ground almonds
- 1 egg
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Cream filling
- 400 g cream cheese
- 400 ml heavy whipping cream
- 180 g icing sugar
- pinch of vanilla
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix the flour, sugar, ground almonds and a pinch of salt together, add the butter and rub it into the flour until absorbed.
- Add the egg and vanilla and bring the dough together without kneading.
- Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for one hour to rest.
- After the time passes, roll the dough between two sheets of parchment and cut it into the desired shapes.
- Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, then remove from the oven and let them cool completely.Timers: 12 min
- Prepare the cream: beat the cheese slightly by itself, then add the sugar and vanilla and beat, finally add the liquid cream and beat until the cream firms up.
- When the sablé number cake has cooled completely, pipe the cream with a piping bag, fill the cake and decorate as desired.
- Refrigerate the sablé number cake for several hours until it firms up well before serving.
