Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 8 tablespoons powdered milk
- 8 tablespoons starch
- half cup sugar
- a few drops of red food coloring
- 1 tablespoon rose water

Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well while cold.
- Cook the mixture on the stove with constant stirring until it boils, then add a teaspoon of rose water, stir, and pour into bowls or silicone molds. Refrigerate to cool and garnish as desired.
