Custard components: 4 cups milk 3 tablespoons cornstarch 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons sugar orange blossom water rose water Custard preparation: Cook the ingredients over low heat until they thicken and the mixture comes together; add 1 teaspoon orange blossom water and 1 teaspoon rose water. Rolled Kunafa steps: Prepare the kunafa threads and keep them long. Take a portion of the strands and stretch them lengthwise on a clean surface. Place a small amount of custard in the center of the dough, roll it like a rope, then place on a pan greased with a small amount of butter. Drizzle melted butter over the top of the kunafa. Bake in a hot oven for about 20 minutes until golden.
