1 cup Egyptian rice3 cups water for boiling the rice2 cups sugar500 g mozzarella cheese1 tbsp rose water1 tbsp orange blossom watersugar syrup (shira) for servingpistachios for garnish

Clotted cream (Qeshta)

2 tbsp Puck cream (Qeemar)+

Qareeshah (homemade curdled milk)

2 cups milk1 tbsp white vinegar

Place the washed rice in a pot over the heat with 3 cups of water; cook it until all the water has evaporated and the rice is very soft
