Raffaello is one of those delicious, much-loved chocolates that are easy to make at home with just a few ingredients... and this recipe is proof of that :)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup peeled almonds, ground
  • 1 cup white chocolate, grated
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together, then gradually add the sweetened condensed milk until you have a firm dough.
  2. The filling will be either almonds or small chocolate discs.
  3. Lightly toast the peeled almonds, then take a little of the dough and shape it into balls. Place either a toasted almond or a chocolate piece in the center of each ball, close them up, and roll the balls in the shredded coconut.
