- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- Vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups liquid milk
- 1/2 cup powdered milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- First layer:
- First pour the caramel into the pan, then begin preparing the second layer... Second layer:
- 3/eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/ cup liquid milk
- Whisk these ingredients with an electric mixer or by hand whisk, then pour the mixture over the caramel... Third layer:2/eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 2/ teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup liquid milk
- Pour this layer also into the pan over the previous two layers, place the pan in a deep tray with high sides and add 1 cup boiling water
- Put it in the oven at 180°C

Method
- Place 1/2 cup sugar over heat until it turns into caramel and becomes golden.
- When the pan and mold have cooled, refrigerate them for about six hours to set well before turning it out onto a serving plate....
