- 5 cups powdered milk
- 8 cups water
- 1 small cup white vinegar
- 1 container qaimar or ready-made ashta

Method
- Brush the cupcake molds with butter, and brush the puff pastry on both sides, then place them in the molds…
- Place the puff pastry cups in a hot oven on the middle rack at the highest temperature until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Then brown the cups from the top as well. Let them cool slightly, then add a little of the ashta or qaimar filling inside each puff pastry cup.
- Place the puff pastry cups filled with ashta in the refrigerator until set.
- Place the milk and water in a small pot over low heat.
- When the milk begins to boil, reduce the heat and add the small cup of vinegar... A curd-like layer will begin to separate from the liquid. Strain it, then mix in one container of qaimar ashta, or two containers depending on the quantity.
- When serving the puff pastry cups with ashta, drizzle them with syrup and sprinkle with pistachios.
