- 350 grams bird's head meat
- 700 grams potatoes, peeled and cut
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Seasonings for boiling the meat: whole cloves and bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste

- 3 cups rice, soaked for 10 minutes in water and washed
- 1 cup vermicelli
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- Boiling water
- 1 chicken stock cube (optional)

Method
- Boil the meat with the seasonings for about 45 minutes..Timers: 45 min
- Remove some of the meat cooking water and set it aside… Put the butter in a pot over the heat and fry the boiled meat in it for about 3 minutes.Timers: 3 min
- Add the potatoes and stir them with the meat for a little while.. Add the meat cooking water, and add more water if needed so that it fully covers the mixture, then boil for about 10 minutes…Timers: 10 min
- ..Add the tomato paste, salt, and spices, and leave everything on the heat until all the ingredients are cooked through.
- You can add fresh coriander at this stage if desired.
- Put the butter in a pot over the heat, add the vermicelli, and fry over medium heat until golden..
