Pistachio Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 package Digestive biscuits
  • 100 g butter
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 package Philadelphia cheese or any cream cheese
  • 1 packet gelatin
  • 1 tub fresh white cream
  • 1 packet ready-made whipped cream powder
  • A pinch of vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Third layer
  • Grind pistachios, cashews, and honey, then add them on top of the pan as decoration.

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Grind the biscuits until you have a fine mixture, add the melted butter, and press it into a cheesecake pan.
  2. Whisk the cream, cheese, sugar, vanilla, and the packet of ready-made whipped cream powder.
  3. Blend these ingredients in an electric mixer on high speed, then add the packet of gelatin.
  4. Add the cream mixture over the biscuit base.
  5. Place the #Pistachio_Cheesecake pan in the fridge (the refrigerator, not the freezer) for about 6 hours.
