Ingredients:

Pasta or long noodles

2 avocados

4 cloves garlic

Fresh basil

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 white onion

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt

Black pepper

1 teaspoon dried coriander

Method:

Cook the pasta in boiling water with a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon olive oil. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and set it aside.

Place the remaining ingredients in a blender: avocado, basil, garlic, oil, and spices.

Finely chop the white onion and sauté it in a little oil until golden brown. Add the avocado sauce mixture and combine it with the onion.

Place the cooked pasta in a serving dish and pour the sauce over it.
