Ingredients
- 12 Oreo cookies
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tubs of cream (qeemar)
- 12 Kiri cheese portions

Method
- Crush the Oreo cookies and set a few aside for garnish later.
- Mix the crushed cookies with 1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk.
- Place the mixture into serving cups: put a little in the bottom of each cup and press down slightly.
- Whip the remaining ingredients until you have a thick mixture, then spread it over the cookie layer (the first layer).
- Garnish with the Oreos you set aside, after crushing them.
- Chill the Oreo cheesecake in the refrigerator until it sets well before serving.
