Orange Cake

Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
Method

- Beat the eggs with a pinch of vanilla, then add the sugar and continue beating; then add the oil and the orange juice and zest and continue beating for about 5 minutesTimers: 5 min
- Then add the flour and baking powder and mix the ingredients well together for five minutes. Grease the cake pan with a teaspoon of tahini so the cake won't stick; place the cake pan into a preheated oven at 200°C until the cake is cooked and rises
- Remove the cake from the oven and set it aside to cool and rest, then place it on a serving plate and sprinkle with a dusting of powdered sugar or decorate as desired
