  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Beat the eggs with a pinch of vanilla, then add the sugar and continue beating; then add the oil and the orange juice and zest and continue beating for about 5 minutes

  2. Then add the flour and baking powder and mix the ingredients well together for five minutes. Grease the cake pan with a teaspoon of tahini so the cake won't stick; place the cake pan into a preheated oven at 200°C until the cake is cooked and rises
  3. Remove the cake from the oven and set it aside to cool and rest, then place it on a serving plate and sprinkle with a dusting of powdered sugar or decorate as desired
