Method
- Beat the eggs with the vanilla or lemon zest, add the sugar and oil and beat well, then add the flour alternately with the baking powder.
- Continue beating, then add the orange juice and keep beating until you have a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into any pot that can be placed in the oven.
- Bake the cake in the pot at 170°C for a full hour.
