- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 can Qaymar cream
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 kilogram puff pastry dough
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup coconut

Method
- Cut puff pastry into 4 rectangles.
- Place the pastry rectangles on a greased tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until puffed and browned.
- Let the pastry puff and brown; mix the nuts and spread over the baked pastry.
- Add another layer of puff pastry over the nut layer.
- In a pot, mix the milk, cream, sugar and butter and simmer until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the puff pastry and nuts, then bake again for about 5 minutes until done and browned.Timers: 5 min
