  • 1 cup ground oats (oat flour or finely ground oats)
  • 1 cup whole-wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons liquid milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except for the milk.
  2. Add the milk and knead.
  3. Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
