Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup corn oil
- 1/2 cup liquid milk
- 8 tablespoons sifted all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Dark chocolate pieces
- Powdered sugar for dusting

Method
- Beat the egg, sugar and vanilla well, then add the remaining ingredients and beat briefly until everything is well combined.
- Pour the soufflé mixture into heatproof molds or cups, filling them halfway or slightly more, and place a piece of dark chocolate in the center of each.
- Place the cups in a pot with boiling water, cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 10–15 minutes.Timers: 15 min
- After the time is up, remove the cups from the pot and set aside to cool.
- At serving time, dust the soufflé cakes with powdered sugar. Serve cold or slightly warm.
