Recipe story

A chilled Nescafe dessert made with layers of biscuits and cream. One of the easiest desserts, especially since it does not require an oven or even a stove. Nescafe lovers will really enjoy this treat!

Ingredients

  • 2 sachets whipped cream powder for desserts
  • 1 container sour cream
  • 1 sachet caramel pudding
  • 2 heaping tablespoons Nescafe
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • coffee-flavored biscuits or plain biscuits
  • liquid milk or Nescafe for dipping the biscuits

Method

  1. Place the milk, Nescafe, and whipped cream powder in a mixing bowl and whisk well until you get a firm mixture
  2. Add the caramel sachet and whisk until combined, then add the sour cream and whisk again
  3. If using plain biscuits, dip them lightly in Nescafe dissolved in a little water. If using coffee-flavored biscuits, dip them in a little liquid milk. As soon as each biscuit is dipped or moistened, arrange it immediately in the tray
  4. Arrange a layer of biscuits in a glass dish or tray, then spread a layer of the cream mixture evenly over it. Add another layer of biscuits, then another layer of cream mixture, and continue this way until you have about 5 layers on top of each other or until the cream mixture is used up
  5. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for several hours until set and well chilled
  6. When serving, or once it is well chilled, sprinkle cocoa over the top of the layered Nescafe dessert and serve
