For the muhallabia:
2 cups liquid milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon orange blossom water
1 teaspoon rose water
For the qamar al-din:
1 package qamar al-din soaked overnight in 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar

Method
- To make the muhallabia, pour the milk into a saucepan and add the cornstarch and sugar.
- Stir well until the ingredients are combined, then place the pan over medium heat.
- Continue stirring until the mixture thickens, then pour it into serving glasses.
- To make the qamar al-din mixture, place the qamar al-din soaked with the water and sugar in a saucepan.
- Add the cornstarch and mix well.
- Place the pan over low heat, stirring constantly until the ingredients are combined.
- Pour the qamar al-din mixture over the top of the muhallabia glasses, then
- serve and garnish as desired
