Ingredients
- First layer:
- 20 Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Second layer:
- 1 or 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 2 packages Philadelphia cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 12 mini Twix bars, chopped

Method
- Start by making the base.... Blend the Oreo cookies in a mixer until completely fine, then mix them with the melted butter
- Prepare the second layer using an electric cake mixer: beat the cream cheese until creamy, then add the eggs and vanilla and continue beating; finally add the sugar and sour cream and beat well
- Prepare a cupcake tin and line it with paper cups; put 1¼ tablespoons of the Oreo mixture into each cupcake cup and press slightly to compact the first layer at the bottom
- Spoon the cream mixture over the Oreo layer, then distribute chopped Twix pieces on top in the cups
- Bake the cupcake tray in the oven at a low temperature, 140°C, for 30 minutes
- Remove the mini Twix cheesecakes from the oven and let them cool to room temperature
- Chill them in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight to cool before serving
