Milk wheat pudding... delicious, easy, and very nutritious too
Ingredients
- 2 liters liquid milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup wheat
- Half a cup orange blossom water + rose water
- 1 sachet mastic
Method
- Wash the wheat, place it in a pot, cover it with water, and boil it well until tender.
- Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves, then add the liquid milk and stir. Leave the wheat pudding over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the milk thickens slightly and becomes creamy.
- Finally, add the rose water, orange blossom water, and mastic, stir, and let the milk wheat pudding boil for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat.Timers: 2 min
- Divide it into serving bowls or cups and let it cool, then garnish as desired, such as with nuts or shredded coconut.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled from the refrigerator.
