Mexican Nachos Salad .. A tasty and easy recipe you must try and will be serving to your family from today onward

Ingredients:

1 can red beans 1 cup finely chopped red cabbage 1 cup finely chopped white cabbage 1 can corn 1 cup finely chopped lettuce 1 cup grated carrot Mozzarella cheese (optional) Doritos chips available in the market Sauce : 1/2 cup French dressing 1/4 cup mayonnaise or yogurt 2 tablespoons olive oil Lemon juice Salt A pinch of cumin A pinch of black pepper Preparation method :

Place all the finely chopped vegetables in a serving dish
Crush the Doritos chips over them
Mix the sauce ingredients together well, then pour them over the vegetables and chips
Toss gently and serve the salad, decorating the edges of the plate with chips
