2 cups liquid milk2 tablespoons cornstarch1 tablespoon flour1 tablespoon rose water1 tablespoon orange blossom water2 cans clotted cream (qaimar)

Prepare the first layer of the Layali dessert. Put the milk, semolina, and sugar in a saucepan and stir while cold.
