No-Bake Caramel Custard.. a light, clean dessert that does not take much time and costs very little
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup liquid milk
- 1 can cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 packet caramel custard mix
- 1/2 cup sugar for the caramel sauce
Method
- Place the sugar for the caramel sauce in a saucepan over low heat until it turns into caramel, then pour it into serving glasses.
- Mix all the ingredients together, place them in a saucepan over medium heat, and stir continuously until the mixture is almost at the boiling point. As soon as we see the sides beginning to rise, turn off the heat.
- Once the mixture reaches room temperature, pour it into the serving glasses where we have already distributed the caramel.
- Place the caramel custard in the refrigerator for four hours or overnight, then invert the glass onto a plate when serving.
