Hummus with tahini and meat ... a rich, satisfying, nourishing dish that is absolutely delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chickpeas, soaked overnight
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- For the topping:
- 100 grams very tender filet beef
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of paprika
- A pinch of salt for the meat
- Olive oil for the topping
- Whole chickpeas, chopped parsley, and fried pine nuts for garnish
Method
- After soaking the chickpeas overnight, drain them the next day and boil until tender, about 1 hour.Timers: 60 min
- Drain them and let them cool, then place them in an electric blender with the 2 ice cubes, garlic, salt, lemon juice, and tahini. Blend until well combined and very smooth.
- Spread the hummus on a serving plate or divide it among several small plates.
- Cut the filet beef into small pieces and sauté it in a little oil over medium heat with the pepper, salt, and paprika until it changes color.
- Top the hummus with the meat, drizzle with a little olive oil, and garnish with fried pine nuts, a few chickpeas, and parsley.
