Ingredients:

1 cup fine bulgur

2 tablespoons tomato paste

3 large tomatoes

3 tablespoons kammouneh*

1 dried white onion

Mint

3 green onions

Marjoram

A pinch of ground cumin

Hot pepper or chili, to taste

Salt

Olive oil

Preparation:

Wash the fine bulgur and rub it together with the tomato paste and the ripe tomatoes, finely chopped or blended in a food processor.

Add the kammouneh mixture over the ingredients and knead well. Finely chop the onion, mint, green onions, and marjoram, then add them to the rest of the ingredients.

Add a pinch of ground cumin, hot pepper, salt, and olive oil to taste.
