Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

Method

  1. Whisk the eggs, then add the remaining ingredients and mix until the pancake batter is smooth and combined.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled skillet, then pour a portion of the batter into the pan (about one soup ladle/ladleful).
  3. Cook the pancakes until golden on both sides.
  4. Serve the easiest pancakes with honey, chocolate sauce, caramel, and fruit as desired.
