Ingredients:

2 cups powdered milk Half a cup sugar 1 container qishta cream 2 packets powdered cream 1 teaspoon mastic 2 tablespoons salep powder 2 cups cold water 1 teaspoon vanilla For coloring the ice cream: Cocoa Red or pink food coloring

Preparation method:

Mix all the ingredients together very well, then divide the mixture into 3 parts
Mix the first part with a little red or pink food coloring
Mix the second part with cocoa
Leave the last part plain without adding anything
Line a square mold or tray with plastic wrap.. pour the first ice cream layer into the mold and place it in the fridge until set
Once the first layer has set .. spread the second part over it and return the mold to the fridge so the second layer sets as well
Repeat the same process with the third part too, and place several wide wooden sticks as shown in the picture, then put the mold in the fridge one last time until the third layer also sets
Cut the ice cream block as shown in the picture
