How to Make Rice Pudding
Rice pudding is a favorite with both kids and adults. How do we make it easily and get the best flavor without any expensive add-ins? The answer is here—here is the recipe the proper way.
Ingredients

- 2 liters liquid milk
- Three-quarters cup Egyptian rice - short grain
- Half a cup water
- Three-quarters cup sugar
- A pinch of rose water and orange blossom water
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Wash the Egyptian rice, then soak it in hot water for 15 minutes, then drain it.Timers: 15 min
- Put the milk and water in a pot over medium heat. Wait until the milk is hot, and before it boils, add the rice.
- Keep stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until the milk comes to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and leave it on the stove until the milk thickens and the rice is cooked, stirring every so often.
- At the final stage, add the sugar and stir well until it dissolves, then add the rose water and orange blossom water and turn off the heat.
- Pour the rice pudding into suitable cups and let them cool.
- Serve the rice pudding at room temperature, but it is best chilled from the refrigerator.
