1 kilo leafy molokhia, washed and well drained5 heads garlic, pounded4 cups finely chopped fresh coriander1 chicken, boiled with aromatics (an onion, a cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, bay leaves)Hot pepper, to taste1 tablespoon salt, or to taste1/2 cup ghee1 tablespoon dried corianderLemon juice

Step 1
