3 cups Egyptian rice, soaked in water overnight‏‎ 4 cups sugar3 tablespoons turmeric, or uqdat safra‏‎400 g tahini‏‎1 liter water‏‎Pine nuts and dried rose petals for garnish - as desired‏‎

Step 1

Wash the rice and leave it in water overnight. The next day, drain the rice well, then put it in a pot with the water and turmeric, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil.
