Ingredients:

Half a cup of sugar Half a cup of oil 3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla¾ cup liquid milk 1 and a half cups flour 2 tablespoons baking powder A pinch of salt The sauce: Half a can of sweetened condensed milk 1 carton of clotted cream (qishta) or 4 cream cheese portions 2 tablespoons Nutella 2 tablespoons cocoa Half a cup of ground walnuts for garnish

Cinnamon mixture:

2 tablespoons cinnamon

3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Preparation method:

Place the eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla in a blender and mix for about 3 minutes, then add the flour, baking powder, and salt.... Mix the ingredients with a whisk or hand whisk, then pour half of the batter into the pan and sprinkle the cinnamon mixture over it... Pour the remaining half of the batter over the cinnamon mixture in the pan and place it in the preheated oven. Bake on the bottom heat at 180 degrees... The cinnamon cake needs about 20 minutes to bake, then place it on the top rack to take on a golden color.... Remove it from the oven and set it aside to cool. When the Cinnabon or cinnamon cake has cooled, pour the sauce we prepared over it and sprinkle with ground walnuts.
