Method

  1. We start by preparing the cake. Sift the flour with the cocoa powder into a bowl, then add the sugar, salt, and baking soda.
  2. In an electric mixer, beat the butter well until smooth and creamy. Add the yogurt over the butter, then pour in the water and beat for 2 minutes.
    Timers: 2 min
  3. Add the vanilla while continuing to beat, then gradually add the dry ingredients to the mixture and keep beating until everything is well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a springform pan and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. After removing it from the oven, set it aside to cool completely.
    Timers: 45 min
  5. To prepare the mousse: Mix the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla until it thickens. In another bowl, mix the chocolate spread with the cream cheese well, then gradually add the cream to it and fold gently from bottom to top.
  6. Dissolve the gelatin and add it to the mousse, then stir.
  7. Pour the mousse over the cooled cake and place the pan in the refrigerator for about 5 hours before serving.
    Timers: 300 min
