- 1 cup powdered milk
- 2 packets powdered creme caramel, without using the caramel sachet
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup sugar, or to taste
- 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons Nescafe or 1 sachet of Nescafe 3-in-1
- 1 container plain cooking cream
- 1 pack plain unfilled biscuits

Method
- Mix all the ingredients together using a hand whisk... Place the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and sets....
- Arrange the biscuit pieces in a cheesecake pan, then pour the mixture over the biscuits. If desired, you can make the chocolate mousse in layers: add a layer of biscuits, then the mixture, then a second layer of biscuits, and then the mixture again.....
- Place the chocolate mousse pan in the fridge, not the freezer, for 4 to 5 hours.Timers: 300 min
