Ingredients: 1 2/3 cups flour 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder ‎1.5 teaspoons baking powder ‎1.5 teaspoons baking soda ‎1 teaspoon salt ‎1 3/4 cups sugar ‎2 eggs ‎1 cup milk ‎1/2 cup oil ‎1 cup boiling water ‎2 teaspoons vanilla liquid Preparation: ‎Sift flour, cocoa and salt into a bowl and whisk with a wooden spoon; add sugar, then baking soda and baking powder... Continue whisking, then add eggs and whisk until the batter is smooth; add milk and oil and whisk, then add the boiling water quickly before the eggs cook... Pour the batter into cupcake liners and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 30 minutes, or until done

Buttercream on Chocolate Melt 100 g butter in the microwave

Pour the butter over 180 g of plain chocolate and stir until smooth; refrigerate, stirring every 5 minutes

After the required time, whip the chocolate mixture with a hand mixer until thickened and ready for piping or decorating as you like.
