Ingredients:

2 cups flour

1/4 cup sugar

3 tablespoons ghee

A pinch of salt

2 teaspoons yeast

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

3 tablespoons powdered milk

1 1/4 cups liquid milk

Cream cheese for the filling

Preparation Method:

Knead the ingredients together, then let the dough rest for an hour. Shape the dough into medium-sized balls, make a hole in each one, and fill it with cheese. Seal the dough back into balls.

Let the dough rest for another hour. Fry the cheese donuts in hot oil over low heat. Remove the donuts from the oil as soon as they turn golden.

Once cooled, sprinkle the cheese donuts with powdered sugar and serve.
