Ingredients:

4 eggs

2 cups flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 teaspoon baking soda

Lemon zest

2 cups sugar

1 cup liquid milk

1 cup oil, or substitute with butter

Method:

Whisk the eggs on high speed in an electric mixer for about 8 minutes...

Then gradually add the sugar with the vanilla and vinegar, then add the sifted flour with the cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and cornstarch...

Whisk the mixture for about 2 minutes, then prepare oven-safe cups... Pour some of the batter into each cup so it reaches halfway, because it will rise later while baking...

Place the cake cups in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or حسب the strength of your oven

When the cake in the cups is done, remove it from the oven and set it aside until it cools before decorating as desired.
