- 1½ cups flour
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of vanilla
- half a cup warm milk
- 75 g soft butter
- a pinch of salt

Method
- Mix the ingredients well and prepare the baba au rhum molds greased with a little butter so they don't stick...
- Fill the molds with the dough to less than half their height because it will rise and double in size.
- Let the dough rest in the molds for one hour to rise, then put them into a preheated oven at 180°C... When the dough is baked in the molds, turn them out, poke them with a toothpick and place them in the syrup so they absorb it well, then let them cool...
- For serving, slice each baba au rhum in half and fill it with whipped cream and a piece of pineapple or any fruit you have available.
