Ingredients:

3 cups flour

1 cup powdered sugar

200 grams cold butter

2 eggs

A pinch of vanilla

Strawberry essence

Lemon zest

Custard cream chantilly

Strawberries

Chocolate

Preparation:

Mix the flour and sugar with the cold butter in an electric mixer until the butter is absorbed by all the ingredients.

Add the eggs, vanilla, and strawberry essence, which gives a delicious and distinctive flavor.

Continue mixing with the electric mixer and also add the lemon zest. Place the mixture in the refrigerator to chill and firm up well.

Roll out the mixture on parchment paper with a rolling pin. We will have already prepared the letter shape we want for the tart, according to whichever letter we prefer. First, cut the letter shape on sturdy paper or cardboard, then roll out the dough over the cardboard and cut it to the desired shape. Place the dough in the shape you want on a baking tray and bake it for 10 minutes. When the time is up and the dough is just golden, remove it from the oven and set it aside.

Meanwhile, prepare the custard mixture. Put 3 cups milk with 3 tablespoons ready-made custard mix and 3 tablespoons sugar. Stir the ingredients over low heat until the mixture thickens. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Also prepare the chantilly cream, which is fresh liquid cream whipped well in an electric mixer at high speed, adding powdered sugar according to the desired sweetness.

Mix the cream and begin adding the custard mixture gradually over the cream while continuing to whip. Fill the tart with the cream and custard mixture and decorate with strawberries and chocolate, as desired......
