Ingredients

  • Thin long biscuits (any brand)
  • 300 grams chocolate
  • Caramel cream:
  • 1 cup sugar + 1 cup heavy cream + 1 teaspoon butter

Method

  1. Prepare a caramel cream: put the sugar in a nonstick pan and stir until the sugar turns brown.
  2. Add 1 cup cream, continuing to stir until the sugar dissolves again and the mixture becomes cohesive.
  3. Add the butter and stir until the mixture firms up.
  4. Melt the chocolate, then coat one side of the biscuits with chocolate, place the fingers on baking paper and spread the caramel mixture over the biscuits.
  5. When the caramel sets, cover the caramel-topped biscuits with chocolate.
  6. Chill the Twix chocolate in the fridge for half an hour before serving.
