Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons powdered milk dissolved in 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup water, or more as needed for the mixture
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 container ready-made clotted cream
- Pinch of salt

Method
- Put the 3 tablespoons of powdered milk dissolved in 1 cup of water with the flour over low heat until the mixture sets and thickens slightly, taking care not to let it clump.
- Transfer the mixture to an electric blender, then add 1 cup powdered milk and 1 cup water.
- Blend the ingredients, then add the melted, cooled butter.
- Finally, add the container of clotted cream or ready-made cream with a pinch of salt and blend everything well....
- Note: You can add water in the electric blender as needed to get the cooking cream consistency you want, whether it is thicker or thinner..
