Ingredients
- Egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 large ripe avocado
- Chocolate chips or pieces
- 1/2 cup molasses

Method
- Beat the egg, molasses, peeled and chopped avocado, and vanilla with an electric mixer
- Add the coconut oil and beat
- Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking soda together, then add them gradually and fold the mixture with a wooden spoon
- Pour the batter into a pan lined with parchment paper and sprinkle chocolate chips on top
- Place the pan in the oven at 170°C for about 25 minutes, or according to your ovenTimers: 25 min
- Let the healthy avocado brownie cake cool slightly before serving
- It can be served with chocolate sauce
