Green Spinach Salad with Cheese-Coated Grape Bites is an inventive, new salad recipe that is very delicious! It’s nice to try something different and experiment with new vegetarian recipes made from simple ingredients available in every home!

Ingredients:

2 cups small fresh green spinach

1 cup large seedless white or red grapes

1/2 cup cream cheese mixed with spices and herbs

1/2 cup frozen soybeans

1/2 cup ground pistachios

2 tablespoons grated peeled almonds

2 tablespoons lemon juice

A pinch of salt

A pinch of black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

Method:

Wash the small spinach leaves, dry them well, and arrange them on a wide serving plate.

If herb-flavored cheese is available, use it; otherwise, you can mix any cream cheese you have with a little garlic powder, a pinch of black pepper, and a pinch of ground rosemary.

Wash the grapes, dry them well, and roll them in a layer of cheese so they are completely coated.

After coating the grapes, roll them in another layer of ground pistachios so they are coated as well.

Arrange the cheese-coated grapes over the spinach.

Sprinkle the soybeans and peeled almonds over the spinach salad.

In a separate bowl, mix the salad dressing from the lemon juice and olive oil with the black pepper and salt.

Pour the dressing over the spinach and grape salad only at serving time to keep the salad fresh and refreshing.
