Granola Balls with Figs and Dates

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 1 cup dried figs
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- Nuts: walnuts, almonds, and pistachios
- 1 cup chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- First, pulse the figs and dates in a food processor until finely chopped.
- After pulsing the figs and dates, place them in a saucepan over the heat with the coconut oil and stir briefly; separately, lightly fry the mixed nuts in coconut oil.
- Mix all the ingredients together and knead well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- Shape into balls.
