Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups semolina
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon anise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • After the rest is complete:

Method

  1. Whisk all dry ingredients first, then add the oil and water.
  2. Mix well until a cohesive dough forms.
  3. Let the dough rest for about an hour
  4. Divide the dough into small balls
  5. Roll them over a sieve surface
  6. Fry the macarons in hot, deep oil
  7. Dip the fried macarons in syrup
  8. The fried macarons are served cold... For a healthier option, bake the macarons in the oven instead of frying in abundant oil.
  9. We hope you enjoy and share with your friends
