200 g cream cheese\r\n

Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)\r\n

Lady finger cookies\r\n

1 tablespoon instant coffee dissolved in water\r\n

Cocoa powder for garnish\r\n\r\n\r\nPreparation:\r\n\r\nBeat the liquid cream with half a cup of sugar (half the amount listed in the ingredients) until the cream thickens.\r\nIn another bowl, mix 200 g cream cheese with the remaining half cup of sugar and the lemon juice.\r\nThen fold the two mixtures together until well combined.\r\nDip the lady finger cookies in a bowl of water with the coffee and arrange them in a cheesecake dish or any similar dish you have.\r\nAdd the cream over the cookies in alternating layers and finish with a final cream layer. Dust with cocoa for garnish.\r\n\r\n

Method

  1. Whip the whipping cream with 1/2 cup sugar (half of the sugar listed in the ingredients). Whip well until you feel the cream beginning to thicken.
  2. In another bowl, mix 200 grams cream cheese with the remaining 1/2 cup sugar and a squeeze of lemon.
  3. Then fold the two mixtures together in one bowl until they are well combined.
  4. Dip ladyfinger biscuits in a bowl of water mixed with Nescafé, then arrange these biscuits in a cheesecake pan, Pyrex, or any similar dish you have available.
  5. Add the cream over the biscuits in repeated layers, then decorate the final layer with cream and sprinkle a little cocoa on top for garnish.
