Easy Pancake Recipe

Pancakes are one of the easiest recipes to make in just a few minutes for the tastiest dessert or breakfast! Kids love them a lot, and so do we :) Delicious with honey or chocolate

Pancakes with a homemade recipe that couldn’t be easier

Ingredients

Start here, then move straight into the method.

  • 2 cups liquid milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • Liquid vanilla
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Mix the ingredients well except the flour ... until the sugar dissolves well
  2. Add the flour gradually in batches and mix until the mixture is well combined
  3. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat ... pour in a little of the batter, making it slightly thick
  4. When the pancake browns on the bottom, flip it to the other side so it browns and cooks through as well
  5. Repeat the process until all the batter is used
