An easy homemade molten chocolate cake recipe

5 eggs

1 cup oil

2 cups sugar

1 cup milk

3 cups flour

2 medium tablespoons baking powder

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

1 tablespoon vinegar

1/2 cup sweet Nesquik cocoa

Beat the eggs, sugar, and oil until you get a smooth, creamy white mixture.
Add the sifted flour with the vanilla and baking powder, and mix well.
Mix the baking soda and vinegar first until they foam, then add them to the cake mixture and mix. The vinegar and soda help prevent any eggy smell and give the cake a softer texture and a better rise.
Take one quarter of the cake batter and add the Nesquik, stirring well until you get the required chocolate batter.
Pour the chocolate batter over the white cake batter and mix.
Grease the cake pan with a little oil and dust it with flour, or grease the pan with tahini, then pour in the batter.
Place the cake pan in the oven on the middle rack for one hour, or حسب the oven strength, at 180°C. It is very important not to open the oven at all.
After the cake is done, leave it in the oven without opening the door and let it sit inside for 10 minutes.
Then remove it from the oven, pour the chocolate sauce into the center opening of the cake, and also drizzle it over the cake.

Note:

You can make the cake batter without Nesquik to get a plain white cake and simply top it with chocolate sauce and fill the center opening with it.
