Ingredients

  • 1 packet Jello, any flavor you like
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons starch
  • 1/2 cup sugar, or less to taste
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon glucose (can be replaced with honey or thick syrup)

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a pot, except the Jello.
  2. Stir them together while cold until they dissolve well, then place over heat, stirring constantly.
  3. After boiling for 2 minutes, turn off the heat and add the Jello. Stir until the Jello is completely dissolved.
    Timers: 2 min
  4. Pour into a bowl and set aside until cool and at room temperature.
  5. Repeat the same steps with different Jello flavors.
  6. Once the mixture has cooled, place it in freezer bags or an airtight container in the freezer for 8 hours, or until the ice cream is frozen.
    Timers: 480 min
  7. After it has frozen, remove it from the freezer bags, cut it with a knife, place it in a bowl, and beat it with an electric mixer until creamy.
  8. Then place it in airtight containers and return it to the freezer until it freezes again.
