Crispy treats ready in five minutes
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp corn oil
- 1 tsp rose water
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- about 140 g flour
- 1 cup oil for frying

Method
- Mix the ingredients together and knead into a dough.
- Roll the dough thin and cut into long strips.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the dough strips until golden.
- Fry until evenly browned.
- Drain the crispy treats on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Serve once they have cooled slightly to room temperature. Dust with powdered sugar or serve with chocolate syrup or melted chocolate for dipping.
- Note: You can add cinnamon, cocoa or any preferred flavor to the dough.
