Ingredients

  • 10 tbsp sweet cocoa powder (or Nesquik)
  • 3 tbsp milk powder
  • 1/2 stick butter or 50 g
  • 4 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Note
  • You can use the chocolate sauce immediately while it is hot, or store it in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator until needed.

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Put the milk, cocoa, and sugar together and mix them well
  2. Add the water gradually, stirring constantly, until the ingredients are well combined and become like a soft dough
  3. Melt the butter in a bain-marie... that is, place it in a pot over a pan of boiling water until the butter melts
  4. Add the chocolate mixture to the butter and leave them over the bain-marie until the sauce becomes creamy in texture
